tiptop-seo provides digital SEO services: audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation, link acquisition, local visibility and monthly management. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are included.
3. Payment
Fixed-scope projects require full payment before work begins. Monthly management invoices on the first of each month. All payments processed via Stripe in euros.
4. Intellectual Property
All deliverables become client property upon full payment. Internal tools, templates and methodologies remain the property of tiptop-seo.
5. Ranking Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Rankings are controlled by search engines and can change due to algorithm updates, competitor activity and other external factors. We guarantee quality of work and transparent reporting.
6. Liability
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses.
7. Governing Law
Italian law. Jurisdiction: Tribunale Civile di Treviso, Italy.
